| Does school suck or what? and Spring Break flew by way too quickly. Didn't do much; just spent a tremendous amount of money, =x I'm excited that school's done soon, but then again I'm about finished with registering for Summer and Fall and school is NOT getting any easier. It's not really suppose to though, haha so who am I to complain? Anyway, I'M CALI-DEPRIVED =( I think that's the first thing I'm going to do when school ends. Buy a ticket to good ol' NorCal! See how the family's doing. We'll see, if I have money, haha.
I know this might seem early to think about, but me and the klo's 2 year anniversary is coming up in July! I don't know what I, or we, want to do. I wanna go have dinner on the beach, lol (I was watching a couple of episodes of Laguna Beach over Spring Break - I KNOW, such a stupid show, but yes I admit that I watched it... anyhow - Kristen and Stephen were having dinner on the beach and it looked cute, haha). Sounds fun, but I don't know if I'll be able to do that =(
Anyway, gotta get started on my paper on Bauhaus. I don't like it much. I would much rather write another paper on Art Nouveau. Watch me fall asleep writing; I stayed up last night watching "Gran Torino." Good movie, horrible acting. k, xoxo! <3 | | |
| Ok, so in November, we should all be voting. If you're 18 and not already registered to vote, then you should hurry and do it. Use your head, c'mon. There's like... 3 amendments that has given us the right to vote. Rather than just giving the white men that owns land, black people can vote, yellow, brown, purple, pink... WHATEVER can now vote. WOMEN can vote. EIGHTEEN YEAR OLDS can now vote. Soooo many people throughout history have died giving us this right to vote. And it took like what?... almost 300 years? It doesn't matter if you're a liberal or conservative. It doesn't even matter if you trust the government or not. Or if you believe that electoral college is going to determine who our next president is. It's the principle of practicing an act that people have given up their lives for. It's the principle of making a difference. Especially now. We're living in a generation where we might see the very first colored president. We're witnessing the greatest election ever in American history, and people aren't realizing that. And plus, we're going through a recession right now. If you disagree, then open up your eyes. Cost of living is going up, and the unemployment rates have gone up. Again, the greatest election of all time. Vote. I don't how else to put it.
VOTE

| HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHRIS AND ALEX!!!! Yan's leaving tomorrow!! So yesterday tried to hang out with her. Hung around my house for a bit before we went our separate ways. They had dinner, we had dinner. We decorated cakes. Sue was helping me and she was pretty good at it. She made Alex's cake zebra print! Pretty cool. So when it was time for our dinners, we went our separate ways.
Me, Tyler and Andrea we our way and went out to dinner for Chris and Alex's birthday last night at Maggiano's. It was fun. That place was a little more expensive than I had expected but it was fun. Lol, I realized how much my chinese sucked last night. Greeeeaat. The Linguine that Kevin ordered for us was good but it wasn't THAT good, especially for a nice place like Maggiano's. So then I guess I tried saying it in chinese and the translation ended up sounding like this: "It's good... but it's not WOW SO GOOD!" Hahaha! Initially, Kevin wanted to order veal, but I wouldn't have felt comfortable eating a baby cow. So then he assumed that I wanted pasta when I said I didn't want veal. He ordered the "it's good but not wow so good" linguine. I felt a little bad, but I never said I wanted pasta honeybunches, hahaha, sorry. I LOVE CHRIS AND ALEX!! ^^ Anyway, kudos to them two. They're my favorite. Anyway after that they went to Star without me cus I was stuck at home. And that's that!
Ok well, I think I'm going to take a quick swim now. Ready for tomorrow?!
---------------------------------------------
Oh look at this exciting quote that Tyler just sent me. "野係好食,但唔係wow好食!!" That's my description of the linguine from last night... but in chinese! AIN'T THAT GREAT? Lol. I need to work on my chinese =(

| I can't believe school is starting soon. I just bought my books and I'm broke again. Well, not broke. I just don't like seeing less than 4 digits before that decimal point, you know what I mean? On the upside of school starting soon, I washed my car! Looks brand new again, tehe. Anywho, Shawn Johnson got a gold last night!! Finally. Nastia keeps taking it away from her. My dad was watching it with me last night, and he's like... "finally! Nasty always takes it." hahahahah! He called her "Nasty" because he can't say her name. It was pretty funny. Remember her tiebreaker? That must suck so bad to be her.

heheheheheheheheh
